I think that students themselves could be valuable resources in identifying topics for telecollaboration. While I think that viewing the film “Three Men and a Baby” (the French version and the American version) as a springboard for communication is a good idea, this film is rather outdated. Today’s students would find the fashions alone laughable. I think that in order to lay the groundwork for success, it would be essential to identify timely topics which would hold interest for both parties.

I think high school students would readily welcome the opportunity to create blogs as an element of their language instruction. Many of them tell us now that they have to “power down” when they come to school. They are quite adept at multi-tasking in a variety of technological environments. Je me demande si on peut facilement employer les accents dans ce domaine (é,è,à,ç). Je trouve que oui.
